Shipping and Handling Times
Shipping for Glory Hair is carried out by USPS. There are two options for shipping: standard and express. Standard shipping takes about 5-8 business days. Express shipping takes about 1-3 business days. Some items may not have express shipping available. Please note that some items may have up to a 1-week processing time prior to shipment. You will be notified ahead of time if your shipment is delayed. Delays of shipments after Glory Hair has shipped your item are not the result of Glory Hair and are a result of the postal service.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will be accepted if there is a legitimate reason and if upon receipt of the item it is found not to have been tampered with by the customer. Once the item is received in its original condition and with all pieces from the customer, the return funds will be issued. Reasons for returns are as follows:

Exchanges can take up to a 1-week processing time to fulfill after the original product is received and found not to have been tampered with. Please include the order details sheet in your return and indicate the item you are returning by checking the box next to it or circling the item.
Tracking
Tracking will be provided upon shipment of the item. Our website contains a link to take you to a tracking option provided by USPS. To track your item, copy the Shipping number and follow the link. Once Glory Hair has shipped your item, we have no control over the tracking information that follows.
